MOSCOW, February 20 (Itar-Tass) – The Federation Council approved the law to extend the term of free public housing privatization for all categories of people until March 1, 2015.
The senators voted unanimously for this document. As many as 132 senators voted for the document and one senator abstained.
The State Duma approved this law only on Tuesday afternoon and was immediately passed in the upper house of Russian parliament. The specific Federation Council committee for federative system and regional policy has made a positive resolution on the law on Wednesday morning before a plenary meeting.
Now the document will be passed to Russian President Vladimir Putin for signing.
