CHERNOVTSY /Ukraine/, January 14 (Itar-Tass) — Moscow and Kiev are negotiating new formats of supplies to Ukraine and of transit of the Russian gas via its territory, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in his speech at Chernovtsy’s National University on Monday.

“Our position is that it is necessary to provide in this sphere stable and mutually advantageous conditions in the focus of long-term interests of our countries,” Lavrov said.
