Over 35 mln sq m of nonresidential properties commissioned in Russia in 2023

According to the ministry, 175 mln sq m of real estate were commissioned in Russia last year

MOSCOW, March 28. /TASS/. The area of nonresidential properties put into operation in Russia last year totaled 35.7 mln sq m, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Construction and Public Utilities said.

"Construction rates of nonresidential facilities in Russia increased according to results of the last year: 35.7 mln sq m of buildings of nonresidential purpose were put into operation, which is 6.5% or 2.2 mln sq m more than in 2022," the press service said, citing Minister Irek Faizullin.

According to the ministry, 175 mln sq m of real estate were commissioned in Russia last year. Nonresidential buildings account for more than 20% of them.
