Globaltrans redomiciles to Abu Dhabi free zone — company

Corporate stocks will be dematerialized and kept electronically under rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market

MOSCOW, March 15. /TASS/. Globaltrans Investment PLC has redomiciled from Cyprus to the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) in the UAE, the company said in a statement on a corporate information disclosure web portal.

"The Company has officially received the license from the Abu Dhabi Global Market Registration Authority on March 15, 2024, which confirms that the Company has successfully completed its re-domiciliation from Cyprus to the Abu Dhabi Global Market," Globaltrans said. Re-domiciliation became effective on February 26, 2024.

Corporate stocks will be dematerialized and kept electronically under rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Globaltrans received the requirement permits from regulators for re-domiciliation and confirmed that the depositary program of the company remains effective along with its listings on the London Stock Exchange and the Moscow Exchange.

Globaltrans Investment PLC is one of the leading groups in rail freight transportation, which is operating through its subsidiaries in Russia and CIS countries.
