MOSCOW, March 12. /TASS/. The messaging app Telegram has been experiencing service failures in Russia, a TASS correspondent reported referring to reports from users.

According to the sboy.rf monitoring website, the most reports of failures come from Moscow (38%), the Krasnodar region (10%) and St. Petersburg (8%).

According to the service, failures are also observed in the republic of Bashkiria (7%), Novosibirsk (5%) and Rostov regions (3%).
