Aeroflot Group reports passenger traffic growth in November

"The traffic totaled 3.6 mln passengers, having increased by 24.8% against the like period of 2022 owing to continued development of the destinations network of the group," the airline specified

MOSCOW, December 13. /TASS/. Aeroflot Group increased transportation by 24.8% year on year in November 2023 to 3.6 mln passengers, the air carrier reported.

Aeroflot, the parent company of the Group, boosted transportation by 46.9% to almost two million passengers.

"The traffic totaled 3.6 mln passengers, having increased by 24.8% against the like period of 2022 owing to continued development of the destinations network of the group. 2.7 mln passengers were carried at domestic lines, up 13.3% against November 2022 and 9.1% higher than the November 2019 figure. Traffic on international lines soared by 84% to 865,800 passengers, compared to the like period of 2022," the airline said.

In January - November 2023, the Aeroflot Group carried 43.6 mln passengers (+15.8% year on year) and Aeroflot transported 23.1 mln people with the increase by 21.6% in annual terms.
