According to the Turkish Ministry of Transport, the navigation was halted to both sides

ISTANBUL, December 13. /TASS/. The vessel traffic in the Dardanelles Strait was suspended because of a fog, the department for marine affairs of Turkey’s Ministry of Transport said.

"Navigation in the Dardanelles was halted to both sides at 09:00 a.m. local time [06:00 a.m. GMT] due to a heavy fog," the department said.

The strait connects the Aegean Sea with the Sea of Marmara.
