OPEC+ monitoring committee starts discussing oil production plan

These are Russia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Algeria, Venezuela and Kazakhstan

MOSCOW, February 1. /TASS/. The OPEC+ Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC) has started its videoconference meeting to review the current oil market situation and discuss the further oil production plan, a source familiar with the course of talks told TASS.

"[The meeting] started," the source said.

The OPEC+ monitoring committee comprises eight countries out of 23 participants in the agreement. These are Russia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Algeria, Venezuela and Kazakhstan.
