Putin grants Russian citizenship to Russian-born Belgian businessman

Michel Litvak is the owner and head of the OTEKO logistics company, which is a large private investor in port infrastructure

MOSCOW, April 18. /TASS/. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin granted Russian citizenship to Michel Litvak, a Belgian businessman of Russian descent.

The presidential decree was added to Russia’s official database of legal information on Wednesday.

Litvak was born in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) in 1951. In recent years, he has been a citizen of Belgium. He is the owner and head of the OTEKO logistics company, which is a large private investor in port infrastructure in southern Russia.
