Scenic villages in Arkhangelsk Region are included in a new tourist route

In the coming days, the regional government expects another visit of experts from Russia’s association of most beautiful villages and towns, as well as from France’s Taiga - Europe association

ARKHANGELSK, March 4. /TASS/. Experts from Russia’s association of most beautiful villages and towns will present in the Arkhangelsk Region a new tourist route to most scenic villages and will test the Arkhangelsk part of the route, the regional government said on its website on Monday.

"On March 6-15, we expect another visit to the Arkhangelsk Region of experts from Russia’s association of most beautiful villages and towns and from France’s Taiga - Europe association," the website reads. "During the visit, the experts will test the Arkhangelsk part of the route."

According to the press service, during the visit the experts will go to the Arkhangelsk Region’s most picturesque villages - Oshevensky Pogost, Kimzha, Kiltsa and Verkola.

In addition to that, they will see other villages, which may be included in the route. After visits to the villages, the experts will present the new route on March 13.
