In particular, the region plans to build to 2021 five schools and 13 kindergartens

TASS, February 14. The Yamalo-Nenets Region and Russia’s largest savings bank Sberbank will develop public-private partnership projects to build social and educational facilities. The region’s Governor Dmitry Artyukhov and the bank’s CEO Hernan Gref inked an agreement during the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, the Yamalo-Nenets Region’s government reported on its website on Thursday.

"Yamal’s government and Sberbank have entered an agreement on cooperation in construction of social and educational facilities in the form of public-private partnership," the government’s statement reads.
