Moscow ranks 13th among world’s costliest prime real estate

Monaco tops the rating

MOSCOW, October 30. /TASS/. The Russian capital has climbed to spot number 13 in the rating of cities having the priciest prime real estate, Knight Frank consultancy reports on Tuesday.

"Moscow rose two spots in the top 20 cities with the most expensive prime real estate during the year from June 2017 to June 2018 and is thirteenth in the rating. Cities were ranked by residential space that can be purchased for $1 mln," the consultancy said.

As of June 2018, 83 square meters of prime residential property can be purchased for $1 mln in Moscow.

Monaco tops the rating, followed by Hong Kong and London.
