The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia suggests approving long-term five-year tariffs for gas transportation

YALTA, April 25. /TASS/. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia suggests approving long-term five-year tariffs for gas transportation to end users, Deputy Head of FAS Anatoly Golomolzin told reporters on Wednesday.

This should be linked to development of gas supply program and changes pertaining to improvement of procedures, rules and rates for gas supply connections, the official said.

The FAS approves tariffs for gas transportation over main gas pipelines since 2016. They are normally adjusted on July 1 but the decision to adjust tariffs was several times postpones and eventually removed from the agenda in 2017.
