MOSCOW, March 24. /TASS/. The deliveries of Russia’s Kamov Ka-52 Alligator (NATO reporting name: Hokum-B) reconnaissance/attack helicopters to Egypt may start in the second half of this year, CEO of Russian Helicopters rotocraft producer Andrei Boginsky said on Friday.
"The second half of the year," Boginsky said in reply to a question about when the helicopter deliveries could begin.
As was reported earlier, Russia agreed with Egypt on the delivery of 46 Ka-52 Alligator reconnaissance/attack helicopters to Cairo. The first export deliveries of these helicopters were expected to start in 2017.
