MOSCOW, October 14. /TASS/. Rumors of Russian military servicemen’s death in Syria are a media canard, the Russian Defense Ministry’s information and mass communications department has said.
"Western social networks’ rumors about alleged deaths of Russian military servicemen in Syria are utterly groundless and a deliberate media canard," the Defense Ministry said.
"All Russian military personnel in Syria are safe and sound and they will keep performing the assigned tasks to the annoyance of provocateurs," the ministry said.
