KALININRAD, August 25. /TASS/. The Russian Baltic fleet’s naval aviation has delivered missile and bomb strikes in drills in the country’s westernmost Kaliningrad region, the fleet’s press office reported on Thursday.
"As part of planned flight and tactical exercises, Sukhoi Su-24 attack aircraft from the fleet’s naval aviation have carried out launches of air-to-surface precision missiles and rockets and delivered bomb strikes against the target field of the aviation practice range," the press office said in a statement.
The warplanes have destroyed all the targets, the press office said.
Also, the pilots of Su-27 fighter jets and Su-24 attack aircraft practiced complex piloting maneuvers: vertical, horizontal and slanting barrel rolls, and also measures to get away from a notional enemy’s air defense systems, the press office said.
