MOSCOW, July 1. /TASS/. Russia and Qatar will hold negotiations on signing an agreement on military cooperation between the two countries’ defense ministries.

"To accept the proposal of the Russian Defense Ministry coordinated with the Russian Foreign Ministry on conducting negotiations on signing an agreement on military cooperation between the Russian Defense Ministry and Qatar’s Defense Ministry," says the Russian government decree posted on the legal information website on Friday.
