KHABAROVSK, January 23. /TASS/. The Russian Eastern Military District’s troops and formations will in 2016 receive 600 units of modern military hardware, including Sukhoi Su-35 fighters, state-of-the-art helicopters Kamov Ka-73 and Kamov Ka-27, surface ships and missile systems, District Commander Col. Gen. Sergey Surovikin said.
"Some 600 units of modern armaments and military hardware are expected to be supplied to the troops in 2016. The rates of rearmament taken in 2015 will actually preserve," Surovikin told a video briefing for journalists of federal news agencies.
