MOSCOW, December 7./TASS/. Russia has already launched work on the state arms procurement program for 2018-2025, Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov said on Monday.
"Work has already been launched, the next military-industrial commission will look into the main estimated figures up to the year 2020 that will determine country’s resource capabilities for ensuring the state armaments program for 2018-2025," he told Rossiya 24 television.
Earlier, a source told TASS that work on a state armaments program for 2016-2025 will be launched no earlier than the economic situation stabilizes and forecasts for the country’s social-economic development become clear.
