MOSCOW, November 17. /TASS/. Russia’s defense ministry on Tuesday posted a video coverage of air strikes against Islamic State targets in Syria by the Aerospace Force’s long-range aircraft.
"The strikes are delivered at pre-identified targets," the ministry’s press service said under the video.
Earlier on Tuesday, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu reported to President Vladimir Putin that Russia’s Aerospace Force in Syria has involved strategic and long-range aircraft, in particular Tu-160, Tu-95MS and Tu-22M3, to deliver strikes against the Islamic State (IS) terrorist organization in Syria.
