MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. The first group of state officials and governors will take a two-week military training course at the Russian Military Academy, press service of the Defense Ministry said on Friday.
"It is for the first time, that the Defense Ministry has organized a training program for high-ranking state officials," the press service said, adding the program will be organized at the Military Academy of the General Staff.
The program’s objective is to update knowledge and skills of high-ranking officials, governors, mayors and heads of state-run companies.
"The students will study a professional program, including state management, national security, military economy, military management and information security," the Defense Ministry said.
