MOSCOW, September 16. /TASS/. An automated electronic warfare (EW) force control system will be tested during the strategic exercise Center-2015, the Russian Defense Ministry's press office said late on Tuesday.

"EW specialists have deployed an automated brigade command post at the Center-2015 exercise to test the work of the automated electronic warfare force control system," the Defense Ministry said.

During the exercise, the EW forces will also test new forms and methods of conducting electronic warfare, such as an electronic warfare strike and electronic warfare information jamming in particular terrain.

"The operators of mobile EW systems will practise blanket jamming of radio signals to protect marching columns from remote-controlled land mines along the route," the Defense Ministry said.
