Russian team wins final Tank Biathlon race

Teams from Belarus and Kazakhstan finished third and second respectively

ALABINO /Moscow Region/, August 11. /TASS/. The Russian team has finished first in the final Tank Biathlon race almost 14 minutes ahead of its nearest rivals, China’s team, the press center of the International Army Games reported on Saturday.

It took the Russian team 1hr 29 min 55sec to cover the distance, while the Chinese team covered it in 1 hr 43 min 42 sec.

Teams from Belarus and Kazakhstan finished third and second respectively.

The 2018 Tank Biathlon contest is held between July 28 and August 11 as part of the 4th International Army Games, which opened in Patriot Park outside Moscow on July 28. Taking part are 189 teams from 32 nations. The program includes competitions in 28 events.
