Date of Putin’s state-of-the-nation address not yet fixed

Dmitry Peskov: The work on this address "proceeds the year round"

BALTIISK, September 26 (Itar-Tass) - The date for Russian President Vladimir Putin’s state-of-the-nation address has not yet been appointed, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists on Thursday, commenting on the publication in the Izvestia newspaper.

“The date when the president will deliver his state-of-the-nations address has not been fixed yet,” he said. “It seems that the Izvestia’s information came from not very reliable sources.” He also noted that the work on this address “proceeds the year round.”
