Seven people die in clashes in Egypt

CAIRO, July 3 (Itar-Tass) - Seven people have fallen victim to clashes between opponents and supporters of current Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi. Medical sources report on Wednesday that more than ten participants in the unrest sustained injuries and many of them are in serious condition.
