CAIRO, July 3 (Itar-Tass) - Seven people have fallen victim to clashes between opponents and supporters of current Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi. Medical sources report on Wednesday that more than ten participants in the unrest sustained injuries and many of them are in serious condition.
Since the start of massive antigovernment actions in Egypt on June 30, over 20 people have been killed and hundreds injured.
