MOSCOW, June 26 (Itar-Tass) - Left Front leader Sergei Udaltsov asked a court to ease conditions of his house arrest to be able to submit documents for registration a candidate in Moscow mayoral election.

"Udaltsov lodged a petition to change house arrest conditions in connection with a violation of his constitutional rights," his lawyer Violeta Volkova told Itar-Tass. The Opposition activist appealed after the Moscow election commission refused to take documents for his registration, insisting that he submit them in person.
