Russian plane carries 128 Russians, CIS citizens to Moscow from Syria

During the flight, they have been accompanied by psychologists, who are also now at the Domodedovo airport

MOSCOW, June 26 (Itar-Tass) - The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry’s plane has carried 128 Russians and CIS citizens to Moscow from Syria, the ministry’s spokesperson, Irina Rossius, told Itar-Tass.

“The Il-62 plane made the landing at Domodedovo’s airport at 00:21 a.m. Moscow time. The plane carries 128 Russians and CIS citizens, who expressed willingness to leave Syria,” Rossius said.

Among 128 passengers are 84 Russian citizens, 24 Ukrainians, nine Belarusians, nine Moldovans and two Tajiks, the spokesperson said.

During the flight, they have been accompanied by psychologists, who are also now at the Domodedovo airport. Representatives of the embassies of the countries what citizens arrived in Moscowe are also at the airport.

Totally from the beginning of the year the Russian Emergency Situations planes a total of 636 left Syria.
