LOS ANGELES, June 25. /ITAR-TASS reporter Alexandra Urusova /. Nate Sanders auction house in Los Angeles has put up for sale letters by former U.S. President Bill Clinton to the White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Auctioned lots are also several personal items from the wardrobe of the seductress.

According to the auction house, all items are somehow connected with the huge sex scandal that flared in the walls of the White House in the 1990s, casting a shadow on the reputation of Clinton and almost costing him his presidency.

Among the items are letters to Lewinsky signed by the former President, a couple of personal photos of Monica, a black linen shirt, a green silk blouse, a few pairs of pants, jackets and small souvenirs.

The auction house plans to raise from $25,000 to $50,000 from the sale of this unusual collection. Results of the auction will be announced on June 27.
