St PETERSBURG, June 21 (Itar-Tass) - Russia plans signing special bilateral agreements with offshore territories on broadening tax information exchanges, President Vladimir Putin said Friday as he took the floor at a plenary session of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum /SPIEF/.
“As a measure aimed at de-offshorizing, Russia plans to start signing special bilateral agreements with offshore territories and low-taxation jurisdictions that would help expand the exchange of tax data,” he said.
