St PETERSBURG, June 21 (Itar-Rass) -- Russia's President Vladimir Putin has warned against over-simplifying the problem of weaponry supplies to Syria.
As he answered questions in the format of a plenary session of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum /SPIEF/ he said Russia's partners in the West are themselves uncertain about why they supply armaments to the forces of the Syrian opposition having connections with Al-Qaida.
