“No devaluation - a sharp weakening of the ruble exchange rate is planned,” the finance minister told reporters on the sidelines of the Petersburg International Economic Forum.

He also advised the Russian nationals against rushing to buy currency, as “there will be no change in the ruble exchange rate”.
