MOSCOW, June 19 (Itar-Tass) - A source in the Russian government did not confirm reports claiming that Russian Railways President Vladimir Yakunin was relieved from his duties.

Earlier, the government press service said that Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev had dismissed Yakunin of his own accord and appointed Alexander Misharin the new head of Russian Railways Company (RZD).
