IRKUTSK, June 18 (Itar-Tass) - Fight against child pornography on the Internet is among the priority directions in the activity of the Russian Interior Ministry, Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev told reporters after a session of the joint collegium of the Union State’s interior ministries.
“Russia already has necessary experience in fight against that phenomenon,” the minister said. He said ministry’s specialized departments have established 3,649 resources in 66 countries spreading child pornography over the Internet.
At their joint collegium, the interior ministries of Russia and Belarus fixed moves to combat that crime. “We agreed with the Belarussian colleagues on ways of cooperation on fight against that evil,” Kolokoltsev said.
