MOSCOW, June 18 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s governmental commission has approved an agreement on cooperation in providing high-tech medical assistance to citizens of member-states of the Eurasian Economic Community, according to the information placed at the Cabinet’s website.
After the commission issues a positive decision, a bill on ratification of the agreement will be considered at the Cabinet meeting and will be submitted to the parliament for further consideration.
The agreement was signed in Yalta last September. It is designed to raise efficiency of healthcare measures as well as quality and affordability of high-tech medical assistance to citizens of EurAsEC member-states and to further modernize healthcare systems on the basis of advanced science-intensive technologies and innovations.
