MOSCOW, June 17 (Itar-Tass) - The role of women in the economy and the problem of forced early marriages will be the main themes to be discussed at a three-day international forum of girls - G/irls/20/ - in which young women from G20 countries and a representative of the African Union will participate. They will gather in the RF Government House on Monday.

RF Vice-Premier Olga Golodets will be the first to meet with the girls who, according to the forum's rules, are under 20 years of age. She will share her own experience and tell them how to foster a leader in oneself and become successful in present-day conditions.

The delegates to the forum, for their part, will present new initiatives and set out their ideas about cultivating the rising generation of women leaders. Development, employment, and economic prospects for girls and women in the world will be the main theme on the agenda of the forum.

On Tuesday, the delegates will discuss the problem of forced early marriages which, in the estimates of the forum organizers, deprive women of the possibility of developing and making a career.

A communique is to be signed on the concluding day of the forum. It will be presented to the government of the Russian Federation by Ksenia Yudayeva, Head of the Expert Directorate of the President of the RF.

The G/irls/20/ forum is held ahead of the G20 summit. The first such forum was held in 2010 and has since become annual.
