MOSCOW, June 5 (Itar-Tass) - The metro train traffic on the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya metro line of the Moscow metro resumed, the Moscow transport department said on Wednesday.

“The metro train traffic to the centre of the city in the tunnel between the metro stations Petrovsko-Razumovskaya and Timiryazevskaya has been disrupted for 25 minutes. The traffic disruption was caused by technical reasons,” the Moscow transport department said.

This accident became already the third one on Wednesday in the Moscow metro. On Wednesday, as a result of two incidents - at first the fire, then the short circuit - the train traffic has been actually paralyzed on the Sokolniki metro line for about six hours. After the fire over 60 people turned for medical aid, 17 people were hospitalized, including a 15-year-old girl. For the transportation of the passengers additional 40 buses and trolleybuses were provided.
