MOSCOW, May 27 (Itar-Tass) - Justice of Peace of the Ostankinsky district of Moscow Viktoria Lapina stripped singer Vitas (Vitaly Grachev) of a driving license for 1.5 years for the refusal from a medical examination after a road accident on the main square of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre.
Thus, the court found the singer guilty under Article 12.26 Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offences for the non-fulfilment of the requirement to pass a medical examination for the state of drunkenness by the driver.
