MOSCOW, May 27 (Itar-Tass) - Justice of Peace of the Ostankinsky district of Moscow Viktoria Lapina stripped singer Vitas (Vitaly Grachev) of a driving license for 1.5 years for the refusal from a medical examination after a road accident on the main square of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre.
