TYUSHEVO VILLAGE /Ryazan region/, May 23 (Itar-Tass) - Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets promised a probe into the scandal involving a photo session of nurses in the resuscitation ward of a hospital in the Perm Territory.
Answering reporters' questions, she said she did not know about the scandal. "We'll look into it," Golodets underlined.
"Ethics must be observed in any profession, especially when it concerns people who are in hospital. If they /nurses/ violate them, they will be held fully responsible," she said.
Regional prosecutors launched a check into the photos of nurses against the background of seriously ill patients in the town of Alexandrovsk. TNT Berezniki Channel ran a video showing nurses juggling medical equipment and pretending to drink donor blood. Some photos were taken in the resuscitation ward with unconscious patients in the background. The photos later were placed on the Internet.
