MOSCOW, May 20 (Itar-Tass) - A Russian emergency airplane arrived in Makhachkala to evacuate people injured a horrible terrorist act in Moscow, head of the information department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Oleg Voronov told Itar-Tass on Monday.
“The airplane Il-76 landed at 22:30 Moscow time at the airport in Makhachkala,” he said. The airplane is carrying the EMERCOM task force, bailiffs, psychologists, doctors of the emergency task force Tsentrospas and the all-Russia emergency medicine centre Zashchita.
This special flight in Moscow plans to deliver people injured in the terrorist act at the Bailiff Service building in Makhachkala. Moscow doctors will decide on the transportation of injured people at the spot proceeding from their health condition.
“The Il-76 airplane is equipped with five medical modules that permit to give all the required medical aid during the flight,” Voronov said.
According to the Health Ministry, the terrorist act in Makhachkala killed four people, another 35 people, including a child, were hospitalized. The condition of 12 wounded people is estimated as grave, the condition of other people is estimated as moderately heavy.
