MADRID, May 12 (Itar-Tass) - Anastasiya Pavlyuchenkova of Russia and Lucy Safarova of the Czech Republic have won the WTA women’s tennis tournament in Madrid (Spain) in doubles doubles with a prize fund over 4 million dollars.
They defeated Kara Black of Zimbabwe and Marina Erakovic of New Zealand in the final in two straight sets 6-2, 6-4.
This is the fourth WTA doubles title for Pavlyuchenkova this year and the first this year. She has won five WTA tournaments in singles.
