BARNAUL, May 10 (Itar-Tass) - Power supply has been practically fully restored in the Altai Territory, a source in the power company Altaienergo told Itar-Tass on Friday.
Earlier in the day heavy rain and stormy wind broke wires leaving without electricity about 23,000 people in 73 populated settlements.
Electricity was restored in 63 of the 72 affected settlements.
