Coordinating Council organises opposition’s rally in Moscow’s Bolotnaya Square

MOSCOW, May 6 (Itar-Tass) - The opposition’s Coordinating Council will organise on Monday a rally in Bolotnaya Square. The rally has been approved officially by the city government.

The Council’s member Petr Tsarkov told Itar-Tass the rally’s key slogan would be “For Freedom!”

He said the rally was due to begin at 19:00 Moscow time to be over at 21:30.

The event will be devoted to the events of May 6, 2012, where the opposition’s rally in Bolotnaya Square ended in clashes with the police. Under the criminal case on Mass Disorders almost 30 people have received accusations, and some of them have been detained.
