MOSCOW, April 30 (Itar-Tass) - Three more criminal cases were opened over a major fire, which broke out at a psychiatric hospital in the Moscow Region, where 38 people died. All criminal cases were opened for negligence, spokesman for the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
In his words, the criminal cases were opened against head of the 5th unit of the fire service in the Moscow Region Alexei Yefimov, head of the rural settlement Kulikovskoye in the Dmitrov municipal district of the Moscow Region Nikolai Yelesin and over the negligent actions of the officials of the psychiatric hospital.
