MOSCOW, April 28 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Emergencies Ministry’s plane has delivered a humanitarian consignment for quake-hit China.

An Il-76 plane landed at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport at 07:00 Moscow time on Sunday, a source in the ministry told Itar-Tass. It brought 13.5 tonnes of humanitarian cargo - essentials and food staff.

The 7.0-magnitude earthquake that rocked Lushan, southwest China’s Sichuan Province, on Saturday left 196 dead and over 20 missing.
