MAKHACHKALA, April 28 (Itar-Tass) - Two militants were liquidated during a special raid in the village of Chontaul, Dagestan’s Kizilyurt district, the republic’s Interior Ministry told Itar-Tass on Sunday.
The ministry said it had received the information at around 08:00 Moscow time that a private house, where militants hid, was blocked.
Militants opened fire in request to lay down arms and were killed in the return fire.
They were identified, but their names are not disclosed for investigation reasons.
