MOSCOW, April 23 (Itar-Tass) -- Weather forecasts for Moscow City and Moscow region suggest that the weather here will be mostly cold enough throughout the greater part of Tuesday.
The skies will be partly cloudy and the air will be mostly dry owing to an anticyclone.
Temperature gauges in the city will be showing 11 C to 13 C. Northern disctricts of the Moscow region will be somewhat colder, with the temperatures fluctuating at around 8 C to 13 C.
Wednesday, the atmospheric front of an Atlantic cyclone is likely to spoil weather to some degree. A small rain is expected and rainfall will intensify during nighttime.
Overnight to Wednesday, the air temperatures will mostly stand between 0 C and 2 C, with a little expanded range of minus 2C to 3C.
Wednesday afternoon, the air will warm up to 7 C to 12 C.
Southern wind will mostly be blowing at 5 to 10 meters per second, with occasional speeding up to 12 to 17 meters per second.
