MOSCOW, April 18 (Itar-Tass) – One more criminal case was opened against the brothers Oleg and Alexei Navalny.
“The Main Investigation Department of the Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against Oleg Navalny and his brother Alexei for fraud (Article 159 of the Russian Criminal Code) against the Multi-Profile Processing limited liability company after the general director of this company filed a lawsuit against them,” the press service of the Russian Investigative Committee told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
They are suspected of the inflicting of the damages of no less than 3.8 million roubles.
