Two explosions leave dozens injured at Boston Marathon finish line

Police are leading the people out of the place of explosions

NEW YORK, April 15 (Itar-Tass) - Dozens of people were injured by two explosions at the Boston Marathon finish line on Monday, April 15, American media reports said.

The first explosion occurred about three hours after the first runners had crossed the finish line. The second one followed within several seconds.

Medics are attending to those injured. Police are leading the people out of the place of explosions.

This was the 117th Boston Marathon in its history and involved more than 24,000 athletes.
