TBILISI, April 14 (Itar-Tass) - The Georgian police in Tbilisi detained Russian citizen Anatoly Krakhmal. He was wanted by the Moscow Interpol office, which filed a red notice against him. The red notice is a request for detention of a person put on the international wanted list.

“The Russian citizen born in 1963” was wanted on the suspicion of masterminding a murder, the Georgian Interior Ministry reported on Sunday.

The Georgian Interior Ministry noted that “the procedures are underway to prepare the extradition of the detained criminal to Russia.”
