MOSCOW, April 10 (Itar-Tass) - The elimination of all aftermaths of a railway incident on the Paveltsky railway line of the Moscow Railway will take more than one day, the authorities of the Moscow Railway produced this updated information to Itar-Tass on Wednesday.

A source in the Moscow Railway authorities noted that the specialists are working at the railway incident site to restore the structures of the railway bridge, which were damaged after a truck rammed into them.

Russian Railways President Vladimir Yakunin said at an enlarged meeting of the Russian Transport Ministry board that the railway authorities are looking hastily for a new bridge span to replace the damaged one. “We are looking hastily for a bridge space that we will install there,” he added. Yakunin warned that the incident will affect the Aeroexpress regular traffic to the Moscow airport Domodedovo.

The train traffic on the Biryulevo-Domodedovo section is provided on two tracks instead of a 3-track train schedule. The first main track is closed.

According to the Moscow authorities, the traffic jams emerged on the highway in the direction of the Moscow Region. The traffic jam can be bypassed on the Simferopolskoye highway or the highway M-4 Don.
